Renewable Energy industry leaders will gather for Texas Renewables 2011 Conference in Corpus Christi at American Bank Center November 6 – 9th where growing investment in South Texas and the Coastal Bend region is gaining recognition for wind energy and renewable energy development.

It is one of the few places in the country where the wind is strong in the daytime with access to the grid for getting electricity it to market. “Peak generation coinciding with peak hour consumption and a robust existing transmission grid drive South Texas wind power,” said Mannti Cummins, American Shoreline Inc.

Texas Renewables 2011 is Texas’ premier business-to-business meeting for anyone in or wanting to be in the Texas renewable energy industry, organized by Texas Renewable Energy Industries Association, TREIA. The conference provides the venue for forming valuable B2B alliances and keeping industry sectors informed on the latest business and grid developments, regulations, federal and state grants and other renewable energy business opportunities.

Texas wind power development is fully discussed at South Texas and Off Shore Wind Forum, included in Texas Renewables 2011, developed in cooperation with the German American Chamber of Commerce.
