The welding works and the outfitting on the 18m long vessel have progressed in time. On thursday 5th of Jan took therefore place the lift of deckhouse. It was attached on its fixed rubber mounts in the hull later in the same afternoon.

Now this newbuilding Nr. 1349 will phase the final navigation outfitting. And the gripper will be lifted, bolted and connected in the bow soon as well.

Factory tests will be held later after connecting all vessel systems. Ice situation here at Turku Archipelago defines then the actual floating date and more accurate position of the technical sea trials.

In March last year, Mobimar signed contract regarding delivery of a new type of trimaran hull vessel, intended for service-crew transfers to offshore wind farms.

The rating of the main vessel’s engine is approx. 750kW and cruising speed 20 knots. The hull of the vessel is made of aluminum and is ice-strengthened. The accommodation area is spacious for 12 service engineers.
