Norway: Fred. Olsen Windcarrier Declares Option for Three Crewboats

Fred. Olsen Windcarrier AS, which is indirectly owned 50/50 by Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA, has today declared options at Båtservice Holding AS for the construction of three crewboats for transport of service technicians to and from offshore wind turbine installations. The mentioned options are

Fred. Olsen Windcarrier AS, which is indirectly owned 50/50 by Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA, has today declared options at Båtservice Holding AS for the construction of three crewboats for transport of service technicians to and from offshore wind turbine installations.

The mentioned options are related to the contract of four similar vessels ordered 11th February 2012. The three vessels will be delivered in the 4th quarter 2012 and 1st quarter 2013.

The contract price is about NOK 25 million per vessel.
