A few days ago, an accident occurred at the Jiangsu Jingye offshore wind Bearing Co. Ltd construction site when a steel platform collapsed, killing five and injuring four workers, reported Wind Power Monthly.
According to the accident report, the two men died on the spot and the three men died in the hospital.
The facility, scheduled to be completed in February and begin manufacturing in April, is run by the company which is a subsidiary of Jingye Bearing, a leading wind turbine bearing producer in China.
