Freenergy and Vardar Eurus, Estonia’s largest wind farm companies, have merged into NeljaEnergia OÜ.
The new company will operate 17 wind farms in three Baltic countries, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
“ In the next years, we will invest 150 million euros in Baltic renewable energy, to which the cost of an offshore wind farm will be added, ” NeljaEnergia director, Martin Kruus , said.
The total assets of the merging companies are 335 million euros.
