REpower Systems SE informs that on 19 April 2012 the Supervisory Board of REpower Systems SE and Derrick Noe, CFO of the company, agreed that Mr Noe will resign from the executive board of directors of REpower Systems SE with immediate effect by way of an amicable mutual agreement due to different views on the company’s future business strategy .
