The Supervisory Board of Cuxhaven’s wind farm project developer, PNE WIND AG, passed a resolution to prolong Martin Billhardt’s contract as Chairman of the Board of Directors until April 30, 2018.
With this long term contract, the Supervisory Board wishes to ensure the continuing development of the company in the national and international onshore and offshore wind farm markets.
Martin Billhardt was first appointed to the Board of Directors on 1 August 2004 as Director of Finance. Since 1 July 2008, Martin Billhardt has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of PNE WIND AG. His previous contract would have expired on 30 April 2013.
