The Norwegian Vessel Traffic Management System supplier VisSim, has acquired the Dutch based Offshore Personnel Management solutions company, Offshore Profile LTD.
Offshore Profile was founded in 2010 to meet the growing demand of tracking personnel in offshore Wind farms. With many years of experience in both marine coordination and internet engineering, the founders of Offshore Profile have developed a distinguished solution for Marine Coordinators to manage people, vessels and assets whilst providing project coordination in a Wind farm environment.
With this acquisition VisSim will expand its reach in the Wind farm industry by extended market presence and a comprehensive solution to support operations of offshore Wind farms.
