In June 2012, Blue Water Shipping participated in Windforce 2012 in Bremen, Germany.
This was the first time for an exhibition and conference in Germany to exclusively focus on offshore wind, and Blue Water Shipping was represented by Jacob Kjærgaard from Denmark, and Jörn Grüner from Blue Water Shipping’s office in Bremen, Germany.
“Considering that this was a pioneer offshore wind exhibition on German soil, in our opinion, the organizers managed to interest good representatives from the industry. Overall, the conference program was very interesting with important topics for discussion. It is always difficult to attract attention to yet another exhibition in this industry, but we had some very good days in Bremen,” Jacob Kjærgaard says.
Jörn Grüner recently joined the Blue Water Shipping team, and will be responsible for sales in Germany of project cargo and in part wind.
