Many environmental groups are urging the Obama administration to continue to push forward for wind development offshore east coast, according to the Associated Press.
One of the groups, Environment Virginia, will release a letter today supporting this viewpoint.
Besides environmental groups, many business owners, legislators and conservationists are backing this letter.
Because the long legal processes for the development of this clean energy, Dominion Virginia Power has not made much of a progress in this field.
