Bookings for next year’s Seawork (11-13 June) are already coming in thick and fast, with the positive experience of this year’s exhibition and conference motivating exhibitors to book stands in prime locations early.

The extended 253 metres of pontoons, providing the opportunity for on-the-water trials, will once again be a major attraction for exhibitors and visitors alike.

Dedicated Pavilions and special features, which concentrate products in clearly marked areas to attract visitors to exhibitors’ stands, will again include the Renewable Energy Pavilion, the Maritime Security Pavilion and the Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Pavilion.

The Small Business Enterprise Zone; the perfect option for start-up companies, provides all the benefits of being at Europe’s most significant commercial marine industry exhibition at an affordable price and will again be a dominant feature of the event.

The Innovations Showcase, always a popular draw for professionals looking for the very latest in maritime applications, will be refined in 2013 to include new categories and a dedicated page on the Seawork website.

The conference programme will once again feature a packed programme of papers on key issues affecting the professional maritime industry. Papers on the MoD’s purchasing programme including river class boats up to 50m, Search & Rescue and the latest EU legislation are expected to be included.
