Dalby Offshore Renewables purchased Boat 12 from Alicat Workboats of Great Yarmouth, after it bought two crew transfer vessels from the Great Yarmouth’s company earlier this year.
Prior to purchasing the two crew transfer vessels, Dalby put the Alicat through its paces with various sea trials and an exhaustive evaluation process, however the vessel passed with flying colours and stood out as a superior vessel.
The company was impressed with the first two vessels so it purchased Alicat Boat 12 directly from the production line, further strengthening the relationship between the two organisations.
