Joseph Kennedy III, a congressional candidate in the 4th Congressional District, has voiced his support to the Cape Wind project, which will benefit Massachusetts with its vast alternative energy input and creation of working positions.
Mr. Kennedy has opposed his family’s viewpoint on this matter, since they have been against the offshore wind project for a long time.
He told the Sun Chronicle that he has studied the project’s details thoroughly before taking his standpoint on the subject; finally concluding that energy produced from offshore wind would diminish the state’s reliance on foreign oil.
