Alicat Workboats exhibited at the Husum Wind Conference in Germany on the 18th September for the first time. This proved to be a very successful show for the Alicat.
The Alicat reputation has reached further afield and there was a lot of interest from those that attended the show. Relationships were developed further with enquiries that had been received already from operators wishing to take their enquiries forward and several new contacts were made.
One contact stated that the Alicat was “by far the best vessel in the UK currently”.
The build a boat under licence was well received and arrangements were made for operators to visit the yard and see first hand the Alicat and the team behind it.
All in all the Husum show was a great success and Alicat workboats will look to exhibit again in 2014.
