Maine’s new online wind energy-ME supply-chain product and business locator will be demonstrated on October 9 -11 in the Maine Wind Industry Pavilion – booth 326 – at the AWEA Offshore WINDPOWER at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia, VA.
“The online wind energy-ME supply-chain product and business locator recently went live so we are gathering feedback at Offshore WINDPOWER to make improvements in response to industry needs” , notes MWII Director and Industry Coordinator Paul Williamson.
Having Maine’s supply chain products and services organized into one optimized online resource will streamline the search process to increase sales contacts and new supply opportunities. It will help equipment manufacturers, wind project developers, and professional service providers identify potential business partners and supply chain suppliers through name and specification search tools. This convenient wind energy-ME supply-chain product and business locator will improve visibility for Maine’s expanding wind energy supply chain.
The Maine Technology Institute provided funding to develop this necessary online wind energy-ME supply-chain product and business locator and the following trade association partners assisted in data gathering: AGC, MAMe, MCA, E2Tech, and MMTA.
