Bladt’s new 4000×145 mm plate roll has been installed and is now in full operation at their production facilities in Aalborg, Denmark.
The new plate roll has the capacity to roll plates up to four meters wide and is one of the largest in Europe. In pace with everything in the industry increasing in size, it is important that we stay ahead and ready to follow the market demand. The new plate roll will increase their production capacity as well as the size of the offshore foundations they can fabricate.
Over the years, Bladt has been involved in the fabrication of more than 900 offshore foundations.
