The consulting cooperative has reaffirmed its presence in the UK offshore marine renewables industry by incorporating Conversulting Limited, dedicated to providing health and safety services to clients who recognize they are challenged by a lack of internal resources.

Complimenting the traditional service range of corporate safety advice, management system support and internal auditing is the belief that the human element is not an optional consideration and should be included in management systems thinking. Conversulting’s methods are based on 3 principles: Conceiving clients’ problems from a different level of consciousness; Converting control and communication processes by embedding the human element; and Resulting in sustainable viability of business activities.

Robin Stowell of Conversulting Limited says, “Human behaviour is always at the centre of business disaster but it is also the secret of business success. The difference lies in how far organisational practice reflects what really drives human behaviour, and how far all staff are able to use what is known about human behaviour in their everyday work.”

Already operating from France and Germany, Conversulting recognizes the importance of supporting the UK’s approach to demonstrating health and safety leadership and has been a signatory to the RenewableUK Offshore Wind & Marine Energy Health & Safety Accord since its inception.
