A model of SeaGen was exhibited in the House of Commons on 3 rd December at an event hosted by the SeaBed User Development Group and organised by the Renewable Energy Association.
The event was an opportunity to showcase to parliamentarians Marine Current Turbines’ (MCT) tidal technology as well as the wider work of the marine energy industry and m any other parts of British industry involved in the sustainable development of the sea and the seabed .
Recently, SeaGen in Northern Ireland’s Strangford Lough has achieved three power generation milestones in record time.
