Windreich AG has won the Swiss SSN Group AG as an investor for Global Tech I, the first offshore wind project of Windreich. The SSN Group will invest millions of Euros in the offshore wind farm.
Due to its strong position in the real estate market, the new partner has extensive experience in the field of planning and implementation of technically complex projects. Crucial for the investment decision was the project’s construction progress and risk-prevention for the builders as well as market standard-setting contract design.
Moreover, the legal framework conditions and thus the planning security for investors in Windreich’s offshore projects further improved in recent weeks.
