The Board of Heerema Fabrication Group (HFG) has announced that Arend Drenthe, Chief Financial Officer, and HFG have jointly decided to end their relationship with immediate effect.
Arend Drenthe will continue his career outside the Heerema Group. “We want to thank Arend Drenthe for his contribution to the company and wish him all the best in his future career,” said Pieter Heerema, Chairman of HFG .
The Board of Heerema Fabrication Group will now consist of Pieter Heerema, Chairman, two non-executive members Jan Meek and Nico Pronk, and the executive members Wim Matthijssen (Chief Operating Officer) and Tino Vinkesteijn (Chief Commercial Officer). The responsibilities will be taken up by Wim Matthijssen and Tino Vinkesteijn.
