All participants of the “ Rettungskette Offshore Wind” research project, which entails emergency rescue actions for offshore wind, led by Prof. Christian Jurgens and coordinated b y Dr. Nils Weinrich, can look back on an eventful and exciting first year of the project.

To discuss the findings of this project, a symposium will be held on 26 and 27 April.

The fact that this project is not just a theory is supported by the topics on the event’s agenda:

– Emergency Medicine in Offshore Wind Farms – Knowledge and Vision ( Markus Stuhr ),

– Telemedical Emergency Assistance System Temras ( Michael Czaplik ),

– Research Project Primairr : Concept for the primary air rescue in less developed areas ( Benjamin Käser ),

– First Aid & Telemedicine in Offshore Wind Farms ( Nils Weinrich and Gerhard Kraus ),

– Accident and Injury Patterns in the German Wind Industry – Onshore vs . O ffshore ( Dirk Dethleff ),

– Instruments of the Rescue Chain : Register, Guideline and Algorithms ( Klaus Seide / Maja Nielsen) .
