Siemens-owned Marine Current Turbines were present at the official launch of ReGen South West’s renewable energy manifesto in the House of Commons.
It was an opportunity for South West MPs to formally sign the Manifesto, whilst the Energy Bill was being considered by MPs in the Commons Chamber.
A good number of MPs signed the Manifesto at today’s event, with a number of them taking the opportunity to learn more about MCT’s work, including Stephen Williams MP in whose Bristol West constituency MCT’s new tidal test and assembly facility is located.
