The UK Green Investment Bank plc (GIB) is seeking to appoint a panel of appropriately qualified and experienced consultants and providers of technical and other specialist due diligence advice and advisory services to be available to assist GIB in connection with a range of specialist financing transactions in the UK.
Beside the GIB, services are also expected to be provided where applicable, to other public or private sector lenders, investors or providers of financial support.
Tenders can be submitted by August 7, 2013, for the following seven lots: Lot 1 – Market Consultants; Lot 2 – Technical Consultants; Lot 3 – Environmental Consultants; Lot 4 – Insurance and Risk Consultants; Lot 5 – Financial Advisory; Lot 6 – Financial – General Advisory; Lot 7 (Single Lot – Regulatory Advice).
Lots 1-6 will then be further sub-divided into five separate lots based on industry sector as follows: A. Offshore Wind; B. Waste re-cycling & energy from waste; C. Non-Domestic Energy Efficiency; D. Other Non-Priority Sectors (namely biofuels for transport, biomass power, carbon capture and storage, marine energy, and renewable heat); E. All Sectors, including GIB corporate requirements (if the applicant’s area of expertise is not sector specific).
