Campaign groups, which are fighting against the construction of the Atlantic Array offshore wind farm, are organizing a protest march this weekend to give a chance to all those against the project to voice their opinion, Western Morning News writes.
RWE has submitted an application for the wind farm, which is now being reviewed by the Planning Inspectorate, and the agency called for registration of interest by September 16.
The Atlantic Array proposal has been changed in terms of its size after a public consultation process. The project now comprises 240 offshore wind turbines, instead of the initially planned 417.
