On October 7th 2013, Mita-Teknik completed the acquisition of the Danish technology company, Wind Nordic, and hereby takes over all of Wind Nordic’s activities within wind turbine optimization.
Wind Nordic, who, like Mita-Teknik delivers services to the wind industry, are market leaders within; load simulation, control algorithms and wind turbine optimization. These are all specialized competences that will be great additions to Mita-Teknik’s already extensive product portfolio. The acquisition is an important investment in Mita-Teknik’s future and is expected to contribute positively to the company’s continuous growth and development.
Mita-Teknik CEO, Jesper Andersen says:
