During the 30th German Logistics Congress, BLG WindEnergy Logistics, together with another company, received the German Logistics Award.
For the first time in the history of this award, the applications were rated so close together that two projects were presented at the industry meeting from 23rd to 25th of October in Berlin.
Andrew Wellbrock from BLG LOGISTICS took the opportunity to inform the audience about the BLG Logistics’ concept of transporting 900 tons of heavy foundation elements (tripod) for the offshore wind industry.
After his presentation, Professor Thomas Wimmer, Chairman of the Board German Logistics Association (BVL), handed out the award to Andrew Wellbrock.
