French shipbuilding company PIRIOU has announced its participation in the EWEA Offshore event in Frankfurt.

This year, Piriou moved into the offshore wind farm service vessel market, and entered into a contract with BMT Nigel Gee to finalise the development of the design of the 24m wind farm service vessel (WFSV) model.
PIRIOU’s first two offshore wind farm service vessels are scheduled to be delivered by the end of this year.
