Alan Chivers, founder and CEO of renewable energy consulting firm PMSS has been appointed as Chairman of the company, and will, over the coming month’s handover certain day-to-day responsibilities for the TÜV SÜD renewable energy division to Scott Craig, in the role of Divisional Director.
In his new position as Chairman, Mr Chivers will shift to providing more strategic oversight for the global renewable business, leading the development of the senior management team, and continuing to build and strengthen relationships with TÜV SÜD PMSS clients around the world.
Mr Craig joins TÜV SÜD PMSS after a successful career with WS Atkins plc. where he was Head of Power Networks in the Energy Division. Prior to that, Mr Craig served for many years as Head of Engineering with Aggreko.
