After the withdrawal of the application for insolvency proceedings to be managed internally, the founder and sole shareholder of Windreich GmbH, Willi Balz, wants to put every possible effort to recoup the company.
The company yesterday announced that Mr. Balz actively supports insolvency administrator Holger Blümle from Schultze & Braun, with the purpose to contribute to the best possible satisfaction of creditors. This also corresponds to the wish of investors who are interested in the preservation and continuation of the company.
Based on the experience and market knowledge in the offshore sector that Willi Balz has, insolvency administrator Holger Blümle hopes that the discussions with the company’s investors will be further intensified. Therefore, he welcomed Balz’s decision to be actively involved.
