On Monday, 20th January, CT Offshore employees were informed that CEO Frank Hansen has found new opportunities outside of CT Offshore.
As a natural consequence, CT Offshore will enter into the management structure of A2SEA as of February 1st. This means that the Executive Committee of A2SEA will manage the company.
Optimal use of resources, same markets, products and customers are just some of the reasons why CT Offshore is now entering into the management structure of A2SEA.

By coordinating our resources even more we can secure the optimal use of resources and the knowledge sharing between the two companies when working together on projects etc. CT Offshore is a solid and successful company with many very competent employees and we look forward to strengthening the cooperation,” says Jens Frederik Hansen, CEO in A2SEA .
