RTE France has announced a pre-qualification procedure to establish a list of qualified suppliers for subsea cable works.
RTE will establish a list of qualified suppliers for manufacture and supply of 225 kV submarine AC cable and associated accessories, including mounting accessories and laying of the submarine cable on site. The candidate will provide material complying with RTE specification, with tests having been performed in laboratories.
RTE is the French electricity transmission services operator and an independent subsidiary of the French utility company, EDF.
