DONG Energy’s Peter Sutton has joined the line-up of international speakers at the SNS2014 Conference and Exhibition in Norwich next month.
He became Head of UK Operations-East for the global energy giant last autumn, shortly before Dong announced it was taking over a project for the Racebank windfarm 17 miles off the Norfolk coast.
Regional companies are poised for decades of increased business worth billions of pounds from offshore windfarm development and the continued renaissance of the oil& gas industry in the Southern North Sea.
Mr Sutton was previously DONG’s Head of Operations – Burbo Bank, an offshore wind farm in Liverpool Bay at the entrance to the River Mersey. Before that, he spent two years with one of the world’s leading turbine and windfarm specialists.
