Seaway Heavy Lifting Appoints New COO

Seaway Heavy Lifting has named Peter de Bree as Chief Operating Officer as of 1st February 2014.

Peter brings extensive experience from the Heavy Lifting industry. He worked at Heerema where he held various commercial roles, was Project Manager and on his departure in 2012 was the Vice President of Projects. From 2012 to date, Peter was the Regional Director Western Europe for Applus RTD, based in Rotterdam.

At the same time, Huib Oosterveld left Seaway Heavy Lifting after 18 years of service as Engineer, Project Manager, Operations Manager and COO.

CEO of Seaway Heavy Lifting, Jan Willem van der Graaf says: “I am pleased to have Peter de Bree on board and in charge of projects and operations. Seaway Heavy Lifting will benefit from his contribution to our growth strategy.”
