SgurrEnergy is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate to join its wind energy team based in Hamburg, Germany as a temporary intern.
The company is offering an internship in the onshore and offshore wind energy industry for 3-6 months, with the opportunity for a permanent job, subject to performance and company requirements.
The job position includes support to project managers of onshore and offshore wind energy projects and working within an experienced team on the evaluation of the technical aspects of wind energy projects (including contracts, cost estimates and project programmes). The intern will also work on the assessment and evaluation of the performance of operating wind farms and maintain a cost and failure rate database.
Furthermore, the job position involves general research and assessments on wind energy issues, as well as analysis of specific topics based on project needs including on- and offshore wind energy developments.
The intern will coordinate and communicate with project teams in SgurrEnergy’s head office in Glasgow and other offices as required.
