RES announces the appointment of Glen Davis as Chief Executive Officer of RES Americas. Mr. Davis has served as RES Americas’ Chief Commercial Officer since September 2013 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Agile Energy.
Among his priorities as CEO, Mr. Davis will focus on advancing RES Americas’ growth as a leading developer, constructor and operator of wind, solar, transmission and energy storage projects. Mr. Davis has also been named to the executive board of RES Group.
Over the course of his 29 years as an energy executive, Mr. Davis has demonstrated experience in implementing strategies and capturing opportunities, which he will apply to continue to grow RES Americas’ market share, further increase the company’s revenue and profit, and expand into new markets.
Susan Reilly will continue as President of RES Americas, representing the company on a number of industry boards, including as the Chair of the Board of the American Wind Energy Association, and other important strategic initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and further the deployment of renewable energy in the United States.
