DONG Energy plans to deploy two seabed mounted current profilers within the Race Bank Offshore Wind Farm Site, on or around the 4th November 2014.
The deployment of both seabed mounted current profilers are expected to take no longer than a day and will be in situ for a maximum of two months, with an expected removal date given for 4th January 2015.
DONG Energy bought the Race Bank offshore wind farm from Centrica last year. The project has a total consented capacity of up to 580 megawatt and is located in the Greater Wash area, approximately 27 km off the east coast of England.
