SeaRoc Group has appointed Captain Dave Jones as their new Head of Marine. Dave’s role will take responsibility for marine consultancy, contracting and installation services, an area where he has vast experience with his previous role as Marine Manager at Petrofac, running a team of consultants in Aberdeen.
Dave who is qualified as a Master Mariner has served as a on a variety of vessels including PSV’s, anchor handlers, DP, survey, general cargo and oil tankers. He has also been a Director of two Maritime Colleges, one in Plymouth and one in Antigua and was responsible for developing and delivering the teaching content for Nautical Science Foundation degrees, HND/HNC, NVQ 2,3,4 and a variety of STCW short courses.
