Last month, tidal energy developer, Minesto, gave a presentation about their technology at this year’s the Ocean Exchange Event.
The event was held in Savannah Georgia, 5-7 of October, where Minesto won The WWL Orcelle Award and $100,000.
Anders Jansson, CEO of the company said: “It is rewarding to know that industry experts think that a marine energy company like Minesto deserves to win this. It also shows that industry experts are curious about, and impressed by, the success we have had with Deep Green and the fact that we now produce electricity from low velocity currents.”
