Highland Group Holding Limited has awarded K2 Management with a project management and technical development contract until the end of 2017, when the 400 MW German Veja Mate offshore project is scheduled to be operational.
Highland Group Holding also owns Deutsche Bucht (210 MW) offshore project, planned for commissioning in 2019, where K2 Management has an identical engagement.
“Our relatively small, but highly skilled team is very dedicated supporting our client with his projects. We are confident, that by developing two almost identical wind farms with monopiles and 5+ MW wind turbine, we can lower costs of energy significantly,” Peter Steinfeld, Project Director & Managing Director at K2 Management in Germany explains.
