Offshore WIND ‘s photo of the day: Heavy lift vessel Svanen in Rotterdam, accompanied by the cable laying vessel Nexus.
A few days ago, Van Oord’s offshore wind installation vessels, Svanen and Nexus , were lodged in front of Offshore WIND ‘s (Navingo) office in Wilhelminakade, Rotterdam.
Hans Elbers from Fotovlieger has caught our visitors on camera from a different angle unveiling a whole new perspective on how magnificent these vessels are.
Svanen had been in the ownership of Ballast Nedam until Van Oord acquired the company’s offshore wind business in November 2014.
