South Boats IOW has launched its second wind farm support vessel named ‘Iceni Vengence’ for Iceni Marine Services Ltd.
The all new 23m South Catamaran design is a sister vessel to recently launched Iceni Venture .
The two vessels, which will each carry 12 technicians alongside three crew members to and from wind farm developments in UK and across wider European waters, are almost identical, but use different propulsion systems.
The 23m South Catamaran design benefitted from an extensive research and development programme, was developed in collaboration with Iceni to ensure that the technical requirements of the operator were met.
