As of 1 June 2015, CT Offshore will move its headquarters to Fredericia. CT Offshore will share office building with A2SEA at Kongens Kvarter in Fredericia.

A2SEA owns 67 % of the shares in the Danish cable installation company which was founded in 2002 by Paw Cortes, who continues as shareholder with 33% of the shares.

“This is solely a relocation and CT Offshore continues as an independent and highly competitive brand. However, the relocation means that the two companies can, to a greater extent, utilise the resources and specialised knowledge across the companies to be able to continuously offer the best solutions to our customers in a highly competitive market,” said Jens Frederik Hansen , CEO in A2SEA and chairman of the Board in CT Offshore.
