Safety Technology Ltd, Offshore Turbine Services (OTS) and WTG Offshore have formed a strategic alliance to provide an integrated service for offshore inspection and maintenance.
The three companies bring together expertise in safety systems, lifting equipment, rescue devices and fixed system inspection, blade inspection and repair combined with fuel efficient vessels. This enables a multitude of tasks to be completed during the same site visit saving the customer significant time and money.
OTS has incorporated a specially designed environmental controlled workshop “POD” on a vessel to allow maintenance work whilst at the turbine site, thus reducing trips ashore for further parts and equipment needed to make small repairs whilst improving the quality.
The vessel will be showcased at the RenewableUK Global Offshore Exhibition at the Excel in London on the 24th/25th June 2015.
