Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) is recruiting two project managers for Wave Energy Scotland (WES). The deadline for applications is July 15 and interviews will be held on July 24.
Reporting to a programme manager , project managers will have a key role in running the innovation programme. They will manage the projects accepted onto the WES programme, and will have responsibility for contact negotiation and management, performance assessment and budget management.
HIE has added that a proven track record of managing demanding projects will be required for this role, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Also, an understanding of the needs and challenges associated with development of new technology, or renewable energy projects would be beneficial.
