China Ming Yang Wind Power Group Limited has appointed Zhongmin Shen to its board of directors. He is also appointed as the vice chairman of the Company.
Shen has abundant experience in management and investment both in independent power and clean energy sectors. Prior to joining Ming Yang, he served as a managing director of Olympus Capital’s Asia Environment Partners. He also worked for Hudson Clean Energy Partners, Huaneng Invesco WLR Investment Consulting Company Limited, CLP Holdings Limited and China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited.
Shen obtained a master of business administration degree from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University. He also obtained a master’s degree in arts majoring in economics from The University of Tennessee, a master of laws degree from Peking University and a bachelor’s degree in science from Peking University.
