A helideck was installed on Seajacks Scylla installation vessel this week, Seajacks reported via social media.
Recently, Scylla has been outfitted with 105 metre long legs that have the ability to install components in water depths of up to 65m. The vessel also features a Huisman 1500t leg-encircling crane, incorporates useable deck space in excess of 5000m2, and has over 8000t of the available variable load.
Scylla won two contracts last month, one for the Veja Mate offshore wind farm and the other one for the Walney Extension offshore wind farm.
