Seajacks Scylla, which is scheduled to be delivered by the end of the year, is nearing its trip to Europe from Samsung Heavy Industries’ (SHI) Geoje Yard in South Korea.

The Scylla, deemed the largest and most advanced offshore wind farm installation vessel, has already been hired for German Veja Mate offshore wind farm and the Walney Extension in the UK.

In late July, SHI fitted the vessel with four 105-metre legs, and last month Seajacks Scylla got its own helideck.
