Blue Water has recently participated in a panel discussion at a pre-event to the AWEA conference and exhibition (American Wind Energy Association) and also participated at AWEA.
The company was invited due to its experience in offshore wind, especially in Europe.
“This was a good chance for us to talk to other players within the industry and discuss optimization in the logistical chain. It was very exciting to hear different views on the future possibilities”, says Jacob Kjærgaard from Blue Water Esbjerg.
US will soon have its first offshore wind farm installed – the Block Island Project – where BWS is also involved.
Both the pre-event, arranged by The Business Network for Offshore Wind, and the AWEA event were hosted in Baltimore.
