ALL NRG Group has acquired WTG Partners, a Danish wind turbine advisory and inspection company.
WTG Partners is the fourth company acquired by ALL NRG Group, which says it aims to set up a one-stop-shop for wind turbine manufacturers and wind farm owners by bringing together suppliers in both offshore and onshore wind industry.
“For ALL NRG Group, the acquisition of WTG Partners is a step toward realizing our strategy of being able to assist wind turbine manufacturers and wind farm owners in all phases from project planning and installation to servicing of the wind turbines,” said Peter Thorlund Haahr, chairman of ALL NRG Group , who also added that further acquisitions may be a possibility.
“By becoming part of ALL NRG Group, we achieve synergies with the other companies in the group, and together we can bid as total suppliers for large projects. So we are expecting strong growth,” said Christian Holmgaard, Managing Director of WTG Partners .
“As part of a larger group, we also gain better access to resources, and with the help of ALL NRG Group, we will in the near future launch a number of development projects aimed at expanding our product range,” said Holmgaard , who will join the ownership group of ALL NRG Holding in connection with the deal.
