Offshore Wind Consultants (OWC) have announced the appointment of John MacAskill as the company’s first business development manager.
MacAskill will be responsible for leading OWC’s entry into new markets and will assist Aqualis Offshore, OWC’s sister company, to grow its business in the European oil and gas sector.
Prior to joining OWC, MacAskill was head of renewables at Bureau Veritas.
Ian Bonnon, OWC’s managing director, said the appointment is “a vital element” in achieving the company’s expansion plan.
